At Buykidsbike, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. We take pride in the quality of our products, each meticulously inspected and packaged before shipping from our factory in China. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a return or refund is necessary. Here is our policy regarding such instances:

1. **Eligibility for Returns**:
- We accept returns within 20 calendar days from the original date of purchase. Requests for returns made after this period will not be accommodated.
- Products must be in their original condition. We cannot accept merchandise that has been used or altered in any way (e.g., modification, painting, add or subtract accessories.).
- All tags and packaging must be intact and undamaged. Bundle deals must be returned in their entirety; partial returns will not be accepted.

2. **Return Process**:
- To initiate a return, please contact our Client Care team at [email protected]. They will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return of your item(s) to our warehouse. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with the original invoice and a completed return authorization form (included in your order).
- Affix the provided shipping label to your package and ensure that all previous labels are removed.

3. **Refund Process**:
- Once we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouse, please allow 3 to 4 business days for processing.
- We will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in resalable condition. Upon confirmation, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
